green gables knits giveaway

Wow! It's been awhile since my last blog post! To make up for my absence, I have a fun little giveaway for you today. The sweet and talented Joanna Johnson of Slate Falls Press sent over a copy of her newest release Green Gables Knits., and I'm so happy that she did. It's a lovely and unique knitting pattern book that is filled with eight sweet patterns. The collection was inspired by Anne of Green Gables and is so thoughtfully put together. There are quite a few favorites in this book that I have added to my ever growing queue...

Joanna has signed copies listed in her Etsy shop!

Look how adorable this Marilla's Apron is?!

Loving the Miss Stacy's Shawl!

The book is filled with sweet quotes from the series.

Anne's Sweater is my absolute favorite though!

Tolt Yarn & Wool, the shop I work at, is having their first sweater KAL and guess which pattern we have chosen! We'll be knitting the Anne's Sweater and we have well over 20 folks signed up to participate. It's going to be fantastic!

Leave a comment by 1/21/14 letting us know which pattern in the book is your favorite. One winner will be randomly chosen to receive a signed copy of Green Gables Knits.

Hugs & stitches!

"Anne's Sweater" would be the one I'd pick to knit for my sister who just started her teaching career.

Such a difficult decision, but I would have to say the apron! I collect them and a hand knit would be a lovely addition to my small collection :)
Thanks for the sweet giveaway!
